Resumo

Resumo: Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo tratar da evolução do direito do trabalho no âmbito das constituições brasileiras anteriores a de 1988, tomando por base a obra Direito Constitucional do Trabalho no Brasil de autoria de Gilberto Stürmer. A abordagem se dará no tratamento e identificação das principais conquistas dos trabalhadores ao longo do período compreendido entre 1824 e 1969.

Abstract:

This research has as goal, to deal with the evolution labor law, in the scope Brazilian constitutions before to 1988, based on the book: Constitutional Law of the work in Brazil, of the Gilberto Stürmer. The approach will be in the treatment and identification of the main achievements of workers over the period between 1824 and 1969.
