Resumo

Resumo: O artigo examina as concepções do direito na obra “Império do Direito”, quais sejam, “convencionalismo”, “pragmatismo jurídico” e “direito como integridade”, inserindo cada uma delas no contexto e no conceito de liberdade sindical proposto pela Organização Internacional do Trabalho, através da Convenção 87 e a sua (não incidência no Brasil).
