In the past, I had specialists who didn't do the pipes right away and it just caused catastrophe. After they hung, ended up and painted all of the sheet rock in the house, they switched on the water only to discover that there were pipelines burst in the walls. Today, I CONSTANTLY make my contractor check out the plumbing first, including the drain lines.

While the plumbing is working, I'll have a HVAC team installing a new heating system which includes a brand-new gas furnace and main air conditioning. I have not always changed functional HEATING AND COOLING systems and even today, if the present system is relatively new, I will prevent it. Mainly, though, I constantly install totally brand-new systems.
