In the past, I had contractors who didn't do the pipes right now and it only caused disaster. After they hung, ended up and painted all of the sheet rock in the house, they switched on the water just to find that there were pipelines burst in the walls. Today, I CONSTANTLY make my professional check out the plumbing first, including the sewage system lines.

While the plumbing technician is working, I'll have a HVAC crew setting up a new heating unit which consists of a brand-new gas furnace and central air. I have not always changed practical HVAC systems and even today, if the present system is fairly brand-new, I will prevent it. Mostly, though, I constantly install entirely new systems.
