In the past, I had specialists who didn't do the plumbing right away and it only resulted in disaster. After they hung, completed and painted all of the sheet rock in the house, they turned on the water just to discover that there were pipelines burst in the walls. Today, I CONSTANTLY make my specialist check out the pipes initially, including the drain lines.

While the plumbing technician is working, I'll have an A/C team setting up a new heating unit which consists of a new gas heater and central air conditioning. I have not always changed functional HEATING AND COOLING systems and even today, if the current system is fairly brand-new, I will avoid it. Mostly, though, I constantly set up entirely new systems.
