Daily they offer updates on the project through a site so you know exactly where things stand and what's following. The first person we engaged with was their sales individual Andrea Short who was terrific. She is exceptionally creative, has wonderful taste, and has a great pulse on what individuals are doing right now with their kitchen areas. The contract process was smooth as well as very easy, makings were precise and came quickly after contract was signed. They were really flexible in regards to making modifications. When the work started we mostly incorporated with the project manager Royce-- he is extremely experienced in construction, maintained the team on job, and was convenient. |
