In the past, I had specialists who didn't do the plumbing right now and it only caused disaster. After they hung, completed and painted all of the sheet rock in the house, they switched on the water just to find that there were pipelines burst in the walls. Today, I CONSTANTLY make my specialist check out the pipes first, including the drain lines. While the plumbing is working, I'll have an A/C team installing a new heating system which includes a brand-new gas heating system and central air. I have not always changed practical HVAC systems and even today, if the present system is fairly brand-new, I will prevent it. Mainly, though, I always set up entirely new systems. |
