If you fulfill resistance, you have not loosened up the chuck sufficient. Turn the key clockwise. until you feel it tighten up. Repeat this process with the various other keyholes if your drill has them. Use your fingers to grasp as well as pull on the drill bit to ensure that it's protected when you have actually tightened the chuck. |
