If someone does not do anything it could take a few years to create resistance to human papilloma virus. If one takes the author's recommendations, it takes only a few months to create immunity to HPV virus. The longer one has human papilloma virus, the longer it can cause cervical damage. Therefore it is best to develop resistance and do away with HPV when possible. |
