Assuming an individual does not do anything it could take a couple of years to establish resistance to human papilloma virus. If one follows the author's guidance, it requires just a couple of months to create immunity to HPV. The longer one is infected with HPV, the more likely it might create damage. So it is best to establish resistance and get rid of HPV virus when possible. |
