In the past, I had professionals who didn't do the pipes immediately and it just led to disaster. After they hung, finished and painted all of the sheet rock in the house, they switched on the water just to discover that there were pipes burst in the walls. Today, I ALWAYS make my professional check out the plumbing initially, including the sewer lines.

While the plumbing technician is working, I'll have a HVAC team installing a brand-new heater which includes a brand-new gas furnace and main air conditioning. I have not always changed practical HEATING AND COOLING systems and even today, if the current system is fairly brand-new, I will avoid it. Primarily, however, I always set up completely brand-new systems.
