In the past, I had contractors who didn't do the plumbing right now and it just caused catastrophe. After they hung, completed and painted all of the sheet rock in the home, they switched on the water just to find that there were pipes burst in the walls. Today, I ALWAYS make my contractor check out the pipes initially, including the drain lines. While the plumber is working, I'll have a HVAC crew installing a new heating unit which consists of a new gas heating system and central air. I have not constantly replaced functional A/C systems and even today, if the present system is fairly brand-new, I will prevent it. Mostly, though, I constantly install totally new systems. |
