In the past, I had contractors who didn't do the pipes right away and it just led to disaster. After they hung, completed and painted all of the sheet rock in the house, they switched on the water just to find that there were pipes burst in the walls. Today, I ALWAYS make my contractor check out the pipes first, including the sewage system lines.

While the plumber is working, I'll have an A/C team setting up a new heating unit which consists of a new gas heating system and central air. I have not always changed practical A/C systems and even today, if the existing system is relatively brand-new, I will prevent it. Primarily, however, I constantly set up entirely new systems.
